ubuntu 64bit install issue

Ubuntu isn't technically supported, but if I had to guess it would be that you are missing a 32 bit library which is required for us to run. Remember, we are still a 32 bit application and so we need 32 bit libraries when running on the 64 bit OS. Check the release notes for the list of packages we require and check that all 32 bit versions have been installed.
